The versatile Denise Swimsuit pattern fits well and includes sizes bust 32 - 52. This pattern also includes 2 interchangeable front views - one with a princess line seaming and the second a one-piece tank (also called a maillot). The Denise Swimsuit also includes 2 back views - one with a back bra closure (view 1) and the other with a traditional scoop back (view 2). The built-in bra uses chlorine-resistant pre-formed swim cups.
Materials Required:
- .7 meters (3/4 yd) of spandex blend swimsuit fabric with stretch in both the lengthwise and crosswise direction
- 6. meters (1/2 yd) of 100% nylon swimsuit lining
- View 1 only - .5 meters (1/2 yd) of power net for the bra back support lining
- 5 meters (5.5 yds) 3/8" of swimsuit elastic
- 1 strip of interfacing - 2" wide x 8" long
- 1 pair of swim cups in your size, style MU, MLQ or MB
- Swim elastic 1/2" - 3/4" (12-19mm) to fit comfortably around your rib cage
- View 1 only - 1 swimwear clicker or other fastener 1" (25mm) wide for bra back
- Optional - 1 pair of underwires in your size
