Classes Cancellation Policy

As we are closing down our business, we have had to update our cancellation policy. Please read below for details.

Class Dates & Times
It is your responsibility to keep track of which classes, Sewcials and private lessons you have signed up for as well as their dates and times. We try to send out reminders one week before classes occur. Any failure on our part to do so or your non-receipt of a reminder email does not constitute cause for a refund.

Group Classes
All group classes are now final sale. If you are not able to attend a class or a portion of a class for any reason, we cannot offer you a refund or credit. We would be more than willing to pass your spot in a class on to a friend if you are able to find someone to take your spot.

In the event that we are unable to fill a group class, we reserve the right to cancel it. In these situations, a full refund will be given.

Private Lessons
You must provide us with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling a private lesson. No refunds or credits will be issued.
